Delivery Terms 

The Campcrafters makes every effort to deliver orders as schedule. This applies to orders that are complete and free of credit problems or backorder items.
 

After you place an order using the eshop shopping cart, you will receive an auto email reply to confirm the order, then another email reply about the delivery schedule in 1 to 2 working days.
 

We offer FREE delivery on order amount over HK$500 within Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR). HK$60 delivery fee will be charged for the order amount of HK$500 or below by courier only, no charge by shop pick up.
